systema was developed by orthodox christian warrior monks, also based in cossack dancing. was banned and suppressed by stalin (except for his own bodyguards).

systema is coming out of the shadows in a big way. very subtle, very deep martial art.

i would hate to meet alexander lavrov in the wrong dark corridor, and sergey lavrov is probably equally scary in the dark corridors of diplomacy.

there's genuine horseshit to be sure, lots of it, but you can begin to see in the documentary how it's done for real.

you wave your hand in someone's face, so their head flinches backward. you wave your hand at the back of the knee, the knee flinches forward. this sets up a rotational couple and the person topples over. i've done this myself to people, it's not so hard.

dowsing senses the potential in a system. if a bomb is hidden, primed and ready to explode, it will register. if you have the intention and the ability to take someone down, you can literally radiate this power. if you don't have that ability, you can wave your hands all you like, nothing will work.
