I think this is possible, if they did take the board Jim allowed it or one of his volunteers allowed it. Wouldn't be the first time Jim had someone in his ranks who compromised 8kun.

sorry a board can come up for claim if the BO doesn't log in for two weeks. So it's possible FJ didn't log in and someone else took it. But either Jim or whoever he delegated approved the board transfer.
If there is fuckery it wont last long, and a server reset might be needed. No big deal.
