Draft Guidelines:

• @45 section is just for @45 posts, announcements and events

• section needs to be maintained (so it doesn't just grow and grow)

• bakers can add and remove posts but with input from anons (anons can also nom in Meta). Changes should be posted in Meta.

• admins can support bakers/anons by adding posts strongly nommed by anons or removing posts that clearly don't belong (shill baker adds, not @45, etc.) but primary responsibility lies with bakers to monitor/maintain.
