What is the class you ask: well, they are all American citizens, except those that arent. Those that arent will be required to get the jab. Most of them have already submitted. So for all those who have not and have been fired, have a class action lawsuit that the SC cannot dictate that “only federally funded” employees of institutions must get the jab, especially since the USPS, WH staff, Congress do not have tge mandate.
I suspect the SC set this up as a trap or otherwise its the most ill advised decision of the SC since Roe vs Wade.

Anon I was in a hosptal in ATl that is federally funded and all of staff and doctors are jabbed, its a religion to them, they lost doctors months ago. It wont happen now. Go get the help you need. Theres always more than one hospital in a town ot city.
