A positive antibody test is good since it is positive proof of Covid antibodies in your blood
A negative antibody test is inconclusive, since it can mean your antibodies have retreated to your bone marrow because it has been a long time (more than a year) since your previous covid sickness recovery.
You can still have natural immunity and have an antibody test return a "below detectable range" lab result.
If you have a negative antibody test, then it is good to have a negative antigen and/or PCR as back up to show you are currently free of the virus.
This allows you to have objective laboratory evidence against anyone who may discriminate against you by falsely accusing you of being a public health threat.
