Supreme Court fails to uphold the constitutional rights of 17 million and the Nearly 64 million Americans are currently covered by Medicare, and over 75 million people were enrolled in Medicaid who will suffer the consequences or die because of them!
It was those Doctors, Nurses and healthcare staff that risked everything to disclose the facts early on, in the first place. And the self centered arrogant clueless conservatives, left them on the battlefield while they took their victory lap and celebrated.
The justices, in a separate decision, upheld a smaller and more targeted regulation that will require workers in hospitals and nursing facilities to be vaccinated. This rule, once put into effect, is expected to cover about 17 million people working in healthcare, the administration said.
When in hell, does any legislation, Medicare and Medicaid Act precede over or strip a citizens' Constitutional rights and those provided to them in the Bill of Rights?!
They should have deemed that portion of Medicare and Medicaid Act Unconstitutional as well.
Shame on Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh joined with the court's three liberals to uphold Biden's testing requirement for hospitals and nursing homes. That requirement is based on the Medicare and Medicaid Acts, which authorize federal health officials to set standards to protect the health and safety of elderly and sick patients.
The 92 million that will suffer due to the self centered arrogance of the conservatives claiming victory, will only view such arrogance as being left behind on the battlefield. What ever happened to "Where We Go One, We Go All"?
