>I just witnessed a complete atrocity in 258th District Court. These disrespectful actions toward the District Attorney of Trinity County were without any justification and completely uncalled for.

>It is the district judge’s responsibility to set his court’s docket, not the District Attorney.

>It is not the responsibility of the district judge to offer legal advice to a defendant on charges pending in another court, by telling a habitual criminal to file a civil in the 258th District Court, insinuating he would be released. However, it is the responsibility of the district judge to review CPS records to be used in a criminal trial in a timely manner, which the judge had not done in the particular case.

>Threatening to release an alleged sex offender and other criminals from jail because a district judge is derelict in his official duties is wrong.

>This is not the first time this has happened and I feel it needs to be exposed to the public.
