My suspicion is that it is not a wall at all. These walls could be hiding an excavation, or an installation of something (defensive weapon?) But I got no sauce, just a feeling.
My 2 cents on this: it is a medical industry problem. The mandated health care workers seems to affect those connected to government run Medicaid / Medicare funding, if I understand it correctly. This is similar to CRT being forced into schools that receive govt. funding. As long as govt. can put conditions on the money, then they have you by the balls. 'You must comply with X'.
When the tentacles of govt. are wrapped around your profession, you are basically fucked.
Not to sound harsh, but maybe medical care givers should think twice about which hospital systems they work for. We need to un-tie caregivers from these strings that are attached.
