Re crummy threads -
obviously some of those threads are not ones of interest to most anons. Medium level priority, focus now is keeping up with current stuff - deleting cp or shill threads, managing split breads. Day to day stuff, getting in the groove. We have enough BVs and they are actually around. But no routines yet, playing catchup for now.
There are probably dough changes that should happen, too - bakers may take the lead on that, there are enough of them around. QR may finally get some new ones, too.
From mgmt pov:

First priority is ensuring board is prepped for attacks during this transition.

Second is letting anons know everything is ok. It's just steady as she goes. Changes need to be organic, not too fast.

Third is figuring out how a board like this can run when all parties more or less cooperate. Keep sharing ideas, this'll be an interesting ride.
