Where did you read that such a high dose is useful? I've seen recommended dosages of 81 to 325mg of aspirin for covid, the idea being that aspirin helps to prevent blood clots.

 

But in a hemorrhagic disease, it seems like blood thinners might actually make things worse. Why do you think aspirin would be helpful?
