i fucking hate him. Any business that complies at this point should be sued into oblivion for violating your rights. But this is the catch most states are right to work states, so they can fire you for whatever reason, and i think that may even trump religious discrimination.

depends on how that law is decided. Most states have right to work. Depends on how that angle is abused, religious exemption is the only one that might be tricky as that is a protected class. But philosophical exemptions won't fly. The states could still try again on their own, but it would require individuals again to take it to the state courts and then federal and i am not sure how it would play out after that.
