OSS was a terrible baker. Lazy as all get out. Would jump in and ask for a handoff halfway through the bread. He baked maybe a bread a day, 5 a week in his heyday of baking. He was better known for splitting the bread, seizing the bake, then handing off. No, OSS has never brought much value.
