Pretty sure illegal for a hospital in US to turn away anyone in need of medical treatment and vaccines are not required by law. would they operate on someone with cold or flu? The child’s pediatrician or family dr. should be able to get child admitted for surgery. If anything happens to child, would sue the facility that denied him help.
