Sorry not a doctor, but when I was on 7 liters of O2 and barely holding 80% SpO2 I was on Eloquis for A-fib. It probably helped keep me alive.

I have experimented with thinners because of my condition. A teaspoon of flax seed ground up was waaay too much.

I went for about 6 months off the eloquis and used finger pricking to gauge blood thinness. If I were to do it again, I would start with a half teaspoon one time. and test my blood periodically to see how long it lasted.

But aspirin is a thinner as well. i would take maximim dosages for a short time as if I had a headache, Then start monitoring thinness.
