I have the screenshots somewhere. The day before 8Kun went live, we were tracerouting and found MASKED IP Hops (###.##.###), then for a brief period that day, they were unmasked and were TWO hops within the DOD's IP Block (11.11.##.##) - YES, several of us drew the same conclusion…8Kun came back in a special way. There was also a moment where traceroute returned hits for 8kun.gov and 8kun.mil, but the next day both became dead ends.
