Anons, now is the time to make sure you’re making friends with your local farmers and food producers. Have plans in place NOW.

 

Make it a focus to start eating more seasonally and more locally. What can you make yourself? What can you grow or raise? What can you do without?

 

If you do this now, you will form relationships with the ones who will be there for you, should food obtaining issues from conventional (grocery stores) sources ever become an issue.

Similar story here.. did something to my lungs.. went from running 2 miles a day to now I get tired after walking a mile on the treadmill. Slowly increasing distance and trying to build back stamina. Also can’t handle the cold.. feels like knives breathing in now. Never used to.
