It's kinda in the middle of nowhere to be a demolition imo. These volcanos are known, tracked, and sitting right on the ring of fire. One of them popping off doesn't seem that unusual, maybe because I live in PH where we have several.
I always ask myself what the motivation is for people to self-test. If that test was negative, she would assume she had a cold. If that test is positive she will assume she 'has' omicron, with the same symptoms as a cold.
Will the treatment differ? No
Will the outcome differ? No
The only thing different is her anxiety level.

This is my suspicion too, most people suffering from some non-lethal weakening of the heart and CV system…..until they get older, or it is stressed enough….
