Didn't POTUS Trump mention "wind"?

How about this:

October 1, 2000: NSA director Michael Hayden initiated the Trailblazer Project to replace the more restrictive and legal Thin Thread project to be able to collect data from communication devices and the Internet, cell phones and e-mail. James P. Chandler recommended the Trailblazer on behalf of Bill Clinton. NSA whistleblowers, among whom were J. Kirk Wiebe, William Binney, Tom Drake, Ed Loomis, and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence staffer Diane Roark protested to the Department of Defense's Inspector General (IG) about waste, fraud, and abuse in the Trailblazer program, since they already had a successful and cheaper legal program in Thin Thread. Thin Thread filtered data to retain only suspicious communications and did not store all bulk communication. Trailblazer was intended to collect ALL communication which was illegal. The whistleblowers were ultimately ignored and Thin Thread disbanded to replace it with the Trailblazer program. According to Binney, collecting all data is not safer since so much more data has to be sorted, but national security wasn't really the motivation for Trailblazer. Binney says Hayden, Cheney, CIA Director George Tenet, and President Bush used 9/11 as the excuse to start collecting all data from all American citizens through the Trailblazer Bill Clinton succeeded in putting in place. Hillary Clinton also knew about Trailblazer. President George W. Bush approved the illegal program secretly working with AT&T (Project Stellar Wind), and without the FISA Court approval. The chair and ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, Porter Goss (R-Fla. and ex-CIA involved with Cuba) and Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif. the Mafia princess) were two others who knew about it. Tom Drake, who had replaced Binney, was subsequently framed and indicted in April, 2010, under the Espionage Act to shut him up about their illegal Trailblazer. The NSA established three sections to carry out this illegal warrantless surveillance of Americans: the Metadata Analysis Center (MAC), the Email Analysis Center (EAC), and the Content Analysis Center (CAC) within Binney's Advanced Analytics Division (AAD). Questioned as to why Binney "retired", he said:

"Well, I couldn't be an accessory to the violation of the constitutional rights of everybody in the country. I couldn't be an accessory to that, or an accessory to other crimes being committed, like exposing all this data to the FBI. It was acquired without a warrant, you know. And this is the kind of data that they would use to arrest people, which they did. So I couldn't be a party to that. That's just a total violation of our justice process."

Then there's this:

October 17, 2006: W Bush signed the Military Commissions Act into law. The new rule was enacted in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, 548 U.S. 557, allowing the U.S. government to prosecute unlawful enemy combatants by military commission rather than a standard trial. The law also denied the detainees access to habeas corpus and barred the torture of prisoners. The provision of the law allowed the president to determine what constitutes "torture".

On the same day, John Mercer Walker Jr., a first cousin of GHW, and the son of Dr. John M. Walker, while driving home, his Ford Escape automobile struck a police officer, Daniel Picagli, who was directing traffic in a rainstorm at a road construction site forAT&Tin New Haven, Connecticut. There were no construction signs or traffic cones marking off the site. Picagli died four days later on October 21, 2006. "He had been wearing a black raincoat and a reflective vest." Police Chief Francisco Ortiz said the "officers did not feel it was necessary to test Walker for drugs or alcohol." Walker stopped immediately, and New Haven police have said the cause was not related to drugs or alcohol. A police investigation reported Walker "was traveling at a slow speed through the dark and rainy construction site." The prosecutor declined to press charges, saying nothing indicated "intentional, negligent or reckless conduct" by Walker. Walker is married to Katharine K. Walker, has a daughter and three stepsons, and lives in Madison, Connecticut.

Then this:

April 30, 2019: Adam Schiff spied on Devin Nunes's call records with AT&T’s help.

And this:

November 6, 2020: Bloomberg reported Staple Streets's, Kennard, was named the next chairman of AT&T Inc., the Staple Street that owns Dominion Voting Systems.\

And finally:

December 25, 2020: (See Nov. 7) At 6:30 in the morning, something blew in the vicinity of a building in which was an AT&T storefront in Nashville, TN, and in which was the hardened area that services communication for a region in the South East U.S. Reports were that the day prior an RV was seen parked in the middle of the street, a block over from that building, which left and returned on the morning of the 25th at approximately 1:30, farther down the same street a block away next to the AT&T building. At 5:30 residents in buildings reported hearing gun shots, three sets of them, 15 minutes apart, during which the RV began announcing a warning to evacuate due to a bomb blowing within 30 minutes. The witnesses also said it seemed the gun shots were coming from the RV, so they assumed that also was a recording. In the meantime, police had been called due to the gun shots. Upon arrival, they noted the RV with its warning. They then began to knock on unit doors in the residential buildings, ordering the occupants to evacuate from the building away from the street on which was the RV, through an exit facing a different direction. It was alleged the RV was the source of the destruction. While it is being allege the RV is what blew, it appears explosions had emanated from below street level in the area of two subelevators, located on the sidewalk beside the building, all of which affected 20 buildings with three individuals having minor injuries. Additionally, a piece of what is believed to be human tissue had also been found. It appears the explosions at the building site happened below ground related to hardened areas below the AT&T building having housed servers and their cables that serviced a sector of TN and northern Georgia, the latter of which is important to the election fraud having occurred there, which is being investigated, and the information of which would have been on those servers. As well, China had access to these servers. Those servers were among roughly a dozen servers in major cities serving as communication hubs through which the NSA mined data through the Patriot Act enacted after 9-11. The servers were in secured rooms numbered 641A.
