Unbelievably, one of the Australian government lawyer's main arguments is that Djokovic may become "an icon of free choice". Exact words used. Oh my.

For anyone who doesn't believe me, I was watching the live court feed at the time and typed it as soon as it was said because it was so shocked. A few other outlets have also now picked up on the phrase….but hardly any and it's been very underreported.

I still am not convinced that he's NOT playing the Howard Hughes role, a la Glomar Explorer, and using StarLink to snoop on Chinese Satellites. (The Chinese are already bitching about Starlink's Proximities are causing "issues".)
