For the past 2-ish years, I've tried to ignore Board drama of all forms because it ended up getting far too confusing & annoying. Even being here every single day, mostly night shift, but a lot of Day shift as well, it was all retarded.
It was a big distraction which is probably the whole point of it all. Once I stopped reading the in-fighting, I payed more attention to the research & am better for it.
ANYWAY, having said all that, I gotta ask a question…I think I know the answer, but as I said, I stopped paying attention a while ago.
