On the 13th of January the US House inserted the HR1 federalization of voting bill into HR 5746, a bill that funds some NASA leasing contracts and they sent it to the Senate. A senator (Cantrell) inserted it for unanimous consent in the US Senate.

In lieu of the matter proposed to be inserted by the Senate
