Nancy realizes she mispoke about the flag position and confirms that all the flags are at full staff, all through out the city. Also in this video, she talks about the recent construction that was being observed over night through the live cam feeds, and that someone mentioned they thought they caught a body being excavated (??no sauce, but will dig through LC captures) and carried or something?

She really doesn't like to get close, but she does report that the construction equipment seen overnight were gone. LOOK AT THAT WALL ffs!

Can anyone explain what the white flags on that lead motorcade SUV would symbolize? and why a motorcade would be going to the Eisenhower Bldg??

I am rewatching, and it is the first two black SUVs, and there are two flags on the fron of the hood. Interesting, according to this explanation, " The President’s car has two flags at the front: the US flag on the driver’s side, the flag of the President on the passenger side. (A decoy limo also has the flags and seal.) " only the President's motorocade displays two flags.

Further, the only other motorcade that displays any flags are that of foreign dignities: "When the head of state is on an official visit, flags are on the front hood." It says flags but doesn't specify.
