The key is balance. Family first. I felt too sucked in so starting Jan 1 I’ve been limiting my online time to 1 day a week. Basically cold turkey. It’s been great. So much more free time for things that truly matter. The internet is now just a tool for me and the world goes on whether I’m here or not. G L anon
