Hod bless you and eat on schedule. I get low blood sugar and get out of sorts every couple of hours. I learned to eat nuts, crackers, cheese every 3-4 hours, only way to jeep blood sugar up. Dont skip eating even if you have to gotce it in. Love ramen noodles except the mono sodium glutamate but i put buttet or oil on it for extra burn power. Sit in the sun at least. And if you can get brainsyc ptoframd of biaurnal sounds (free on youtibe) they help to balance left and roght brain. God bless and God speed to health and balance.
