I was a longtime skeptic of the timestamp to Qpost number connections. I've seen some connection that are difficult to deny, and those were always Eastern time.
As for Q, I think the only thing mentioned was proofs should be in the same time zone. I generally view it as Eastern or time zone of Potus location to be relevant to proofs.
