Now this may be normal in Tonga, maybe even encouraged, But I find it hard to believe the health department would sign off on a Tattoo Parlor at an animal shelter. So google maps shows the Tattoo Parlor in a big building first floor corner slot. Not sure where the animal shelter is but one would think they would have a building with an address to list rather than here. Way too many coincidences here for me.
