My observation, when dogs are happy to see you, their tails wag wildly, only two dogs in the way back were slightly wagging their tails. They were being treated well, even the inside of the door frame was slimed with shit. This was a small pen for so many dogs. Goldens need to run, it didnt appear like it was large enough for them to run. Goldens are very happy and loving dogs, these dogs seemed like they were either begging for food or attention. Or asking, whats coming next.
