Anyway, I was the one hashing this out with you earlier (you seem to be the same anon) but I was pretty burnt after being on the board too long. Maybe later today, I'll put my leet hacking skills to work to figure out how to reproduce that bleeping hash. It's bugging the hell out of me. That would only be an issue if the same pic is uploaded by multiple anons in the same thread. What is the chance of that? Besides, due to the number of images in a thread, the browser cache is not very efficient anyway.
