just a suggestion, anons contribute to deleted breads, why not ban the person and +id and leave the rest, anons can then scrap the notables and it remains as a shorter bread.

if you delete the whole bread you delete anons also. if a team is working, they are usually backing each other, anons do not get involved in drama, from our experience when this retard was in charge, him and his minions used to get great pleasure in banning anon ip.s and work, discouragement and demoralization tactics, they would laugh and insult.
