Re notetaker notes during a GHOSTED bread
When a notetaker steps up to note, he takes responsibility until a baker arrives. If he posts notes and no anon asks for additions or changes, then those notes stand unless a baker assumes the bake and makes changes before the end of bake. In the case of incomplete notes by an inexperienced notetaker, there might be an exception. But generally speaking, it's up to the anons on each bread to take responsibility for giving feedback before a bread is baked.
