Txfag here - HEB is solid. If picrel is real its either a) during cleaning, as anon suggested or b) at 7pm on a Friday or Sunday evening after the weekend rush cleaned 'em out. My single rural HEB serves a number of much smaller towns around, very high traffic, and the meat section's wholly stocked each morning.
