OSS is not allowed to bake
but we cannot stop him easily.
What we CAN do is to LIMIT HIS NOTES.
As long as OSS is banned, HIS NOTES ARE NOTE-TAKER NOTABLES
Can now be changed at the discretion of either ADMIN or ANONS.
IF AN__ ADMIN__ IS AROUND AFTER OSS NOTES ARE BAKED:
They can check and edit the notes as a baker would before baking.
OR
IF ANONS SEE CRAPPY OSS NOTES, THEY MAY SUBMIT A LOCAL REPORT:
asking for ADMIN to look them over and edit as necessary
This is JUST for OSS generated notables, not for notes generated by note-takers only, even OSS bakes.
OSS material is not hard to recognize, don't think anons will have a problem knowing the difference.
