what if you had to declare your intent to run for presidency like 20 years before you actually did it so you could be put into a "training job" so to speak and we could weed out all the shitties over 20 years and then do what you're saying with the top 10 or something.
that way presidents already have some kind of on the job experience (assuming the training roles are laid out well) and we don't have to deal with wasting valuable resources on the nutjobs who will get equal time under your proposed system.
