It was around 8 p.m. that evening when a trio of dumpster divers, named by police as Michael Green, Hector Jesso and April Meadow, rescued the infant after hearing his cries.

At first, they thought it was a cat as they pulled a trash bag from the dumpster.

Surveillance video captured the scene as they opened the bag to find a shivering, whimpering newborn baby inside.

Massachusetts, New Hampshire women arrested in connection with Jan. 6 riots in Washington, DC

The FBI in Boston released images Tuesday of 36-year-old Stefanie Chiguer of Dracut and 33-year-old Kirstyn Niemela of Hudson, New Hampshire.

They were both caught on camera inside the Capitol during the riot, federal prosecutors say.

Both were arrested Tuesday and charged with four counts, including disorderly conduct.
