I'm doing some Constitution-protecting shit and need to send some emails out soon.

Do any of you know the naming format and domain to which we can email our U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives, please?

I found a website that says it lists the email addresses but the list seems old and the domain of "opencongress.org" seems fishy.

I thought it would be easy to find this info online but it seems my state's senators and representatives just have portals on their website. I need to actually add the U.S. reps' and senators' email addresses to an email that will contain others' email addresses.

I don't want to use the Senators' and Representatives' portals but, rather, I need to send email, instead.
