Gunman storms San Francisco airport - police officers shot as security breached

A gunman has been killed by police following a shootout with officers at San Francisco Airport this morning.

The suspect reportedly shot at the officers in or near the airport's International Terminal after they were called to reports of a disturbance at around 8am local time. The extent of their injuries is not known, however, authorities confirmed the suspect - who was armed with two weapons - had been killed.
