Reducing some of the extra protections federal workers have. It should go much further than this. Federal employment should not be the safe option, but something you do once you've succeed in the private sector, like Trump did (but it can be on a less awesome scale.)

Federal workers now operate from a position of power in their interactions with the public. They should be the servants instead.
