Canadian officials are investigating a possible human smuggling operation after four people - including an infant - were found dead just 40 feet from the Canada-US border in freezing blizzard conditions.
The four victims are believed to be Indian citizens that got separated in the night from a larger group of five more that were found walking on the US side on Wednesday, having been on foot for 11 hours.
The group was heading in the direction of where a suspect was arrested earlier on Wednesday with two more undocumented Indian nationals in his truck.
