It appears to me that these District Attorneys who are using their "discretion" in allowing serious criminals to go free on bond, not proseute or under charge them with lesser offences are doing so under violation of 18 USC 242. By allowing these sub human pieces of shit back out into the community at large to recommit crimes, murder, rob, rape is a violation of everyone's rights. Especially the victims of these filth. Not to mention a violation of their oath to support and defend the Constitution and to uphold and enforce the law.

 

George Soros taking a page from the Frankfurt School professors in funding these criminal prosecutors knows that if he can undermine the rule of law, he can undermine the civil society and bring this country to it's knees.
