[at 3:22] Simon Parkes said that because of the people he’s spoken to, the flashes in the White House were demolition charges of a small nature designed to weaken the structure, not to bring the building down but to weaken the structure. He was told that the white hats were having a laugh on the deep state because that's exactly what the deep state did to Building 7 and to the twin towers. It was a “poke in the eye” from the good guys to the bad guys. He believes they plan to demolish it and may say a russian submarine off the eastern seaboard of the United States fired a cruise missile and it struck. Again, that would be a very nice play on what the deep state did to the Pentagon; and, in fact, to the United States Navy. It was their section of the Pentagon that got blown up.
