it all comes down to job security
no matter the level
each layer protects the one above it all the while guarding their current role in it
scared of regime change because they might lose that role they're playing
such is human nature
ruled by fear covered by pretty lies and selling out values for a paycheck
simple as
it's a near impossible task to break through their god complex
it's like the hall monitor in grade school growing up or the teacher's pet
they feel like they're extra special because they went through the training and are one step closer to the principal than the average pleb is
kinda like their justification for endangering lives by going 90mph in a 35 zone to ticket someone with loud exhaust pipes because "they went to the training school and you didn't" even though your driving skill may be miles above their level
i've even heard military instructors say that the average civilian shooter with thousands upon thousands of rounds fired is more likely to be more skilled and a better shot than a soldier because a soldier hardly ever fires their weapon outside of basic training

i've tried to be nothing but courteous to them but too many times been treated like a criminal by simply walking down the street due to their indoctrination and willingness to be slaves to the establishment
i won't have sympathy for them if they refuse to see the writing on the wall
all i know is the masses are getting fed up and the numbers are far greater
all i can do is protect what's mine and those close to me if the shtf
