I did some web searching and this plant does steel but uses depleted Uranium for steel. I didn't understand what I was reading - it was last week TBH I posted this finding.
Honestly, i keep circling all these pieces of US plutonium for sale or stolen. Israel stole stuff fro us in Pennsylvania back in he 50's.(apollo affair numec) Israel has no natural ground uranium deposits - read that in a JFK pickl.
Then i found this reference that the Russians have a classified report on 9/11 and that they know it was US nuke material used in NYC. [that same thing that happened in the movie the sum of all fears]
And who can forget HRC and Uranium 1?
