Supreme Court Declines GOP Leader McCarthy’s Challenge to Pelosi’s Unconstitutional Proxy Voting Scheme

The US Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s challenge to Speaker Pelosi’s unconstitutional proxy voting scheme.

The Supreme Court did not provide a reason for rejecting McCarthy’s appeal.

In September, McCarthy asked the US Supreme Court to overturn Speaker Pelosi’s House proxy voting scheme.

Pelosi unilaterally extended her proxy voting scheme several times last year.

This is pure lawlessness and unprecedented corruption.

Pelosi used Covid to shred the Constitution.

A corrupt federal judge previously struck down McCarthy’s lawsuit so he took his complaint to the highest court of the land.

“Although the Constitution allows Congress to write its own rules, those rules cannot violate the Constitution itself, including the requirement to actually assemble in person. Since its adoption 14 months ago, proxy voting has shattered 231 years of legislative precedent and shielded the majority from substantive policy debates and questions, effectively silencing the voices of millions of Americans,” McCarthy wrote to the Supreme Court justices.

Recall, May 27, 2020 the House held its first ‘proxy vote’ since Congress first met in 1789 and GOP leader Kevin McCarthy sued to stop the constitutional abomination.

71 Democrats voted ‘by proxy’ in its first vote since adoption of its party-line rule.

In 2020, ONE Democrat in Maryland voted SEVEN TIMES on legislation in Congress in districts he didn’t even represent.

Russia Planning "Lightning War" To Take Out Ukraine's Capital: UK's Johnson In Dramatic Claim

As we detailed earlier, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell during Monday statements to the press appeared to openly mock the UK and US for their dramatic announcements of embassy personnel evacuations due to threat of a Russian invasion of Ukraine. He said there's no need to "dramatize" the situation given there's high hopes that ongoing diplomacy will prevail. Moscow too has continued to condemn what it called "disinformation hysteria" prevailing in the West, which is fueling the crisis further.

But it seems London is content to hype things further, with Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday citing "gloomy" intelligence from UK intel officials warning that Russia is planning a "lightning war" to take out Ukraine's capital of Kiev. Johnson said in a message directed at Russia that an offensive would be a "disastrous step" and "bloody business".

While confirming that some British diplomatic staff have begun to exit the embassy in Kiev and depart of the country, Johnson affirmed "We do think it prudent to make some changes now."

That's when he said in dramatic fashion…

"The intelligence is very clear that there are 60 Russian battle groups on the borders of Ukraine, the plan for a lightning war that could take out Kyiv is one that everybody can see."

"We need to make it very clear to the Kremlin, to Russia, that that would be a disastrous step."

He added during the comments that "from a Russian perspective, (it) is going to be a painful, violent and bloody business." He concluded with: "I think it’s very important that people in Russia understand that this could be a new Chechnya."

More than just issuing jingoist rhetoric, threats, and claims, the UK has over the past week been flying military plane-loads of weaponry into Kiev, something Russia has condemned as a highly dangerous escalation. This is mostly believed to be anti-take and anti-armor systems, missiles, and munitions.

British High Court Grants Julian Assange Permission to Appeal Extradition to the US

The British High Court has granted Wikileaks founder Julian Assange’s request to be able to appeal his extradition to the United States.

Assange faces charges in the US under the Espionage Act for his publication of the Iraq and Afghan War Logs. If convicted he could face a maximum sentence of 175 years for the “crime” of publishing material that the US government did not want the population to know.

On Monday, the court ruled that Assange’s request to certify a point of law was legitimate.

“The point of law certified is: In what circumstances can an appellate court receive assurances from a requesting state which were not before the court of first instance in extradition proceedings,” court documents read.

Briefly, Shibo Jiang obtained his MS and MD degrees from the PLA’s First Military Medical University and the Fourth Military Medical University, respectively.

During his over 20 years working in the United States, Shibo Jiang developed an extensive network of collaborative research with other U.S. virus research laboratories and received more than $17 million in U.S. research grants, the vast majority coming from Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

During that entire period, Shibo Jiang actively collaborated with PLA laboratories, while simultaneously inviting into his U.S. laboratory and training scientists linked to the Chinese military.

At the same time Shibo Jiang was working with PLA scientists on coronaviruses, he was also working with scientists from Fort Detrick, the National Institutes of Health, the University of North Carolina, The University of Minnesota, the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and other major U.S. virus research centers.

According to sources originating from inside China, Shibo Jiang has been identified as a numbered agent for China’s state security apparatus.

EU Foreign Policy Chief Suggests US & UK Are 'Dramatizing' Ukraine Situation

Amid what appears to be the beginnings of a NATO military build-up in Eastern Europe in "response" to Russia's own troop placements near the Russia-Ukraine border, Moscow is continuing to urge the West to halt its "hysteria" - which itself is fueling the crisis.

It responded to NATO's fresh albeit very limited deployments of jets and ships Monday with the following: "As for specific actions, we see statements by the North Atlantic Alliance about reinforcement, pulling forces and resources to the eastern flank. All this leads to the fact that tensions are growing," according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"This is not happening because of what we, Russia, are doing. This is all happening because of what NATO and the U.S. are doing and due to the information they are spreading." Peskov denounced what he dubbed the "information hysteria" emanating from the US and West.

ERIC Investigation, Part 3: Soros Open Society and the Founding of the Nation’s Largest Voter Roll Clean-Up Operation

Last Thursday The Gateway Pundit revealed Democrats and leftists have fought ferociously to prevent the cleanup of State voter registration rolls. Recognizing a potential niche, left-wing activists created ERIC to clean voter rolls their way, using their rules. So in 2012 the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) was formed as a membership organization primarily for blue States. ERIC is essentially a left wing voter registration drive disguised as voter roll clean up. But it’s been gaining traction in Red States too. Originally funded by the Soros Open Society, it is now responsible for cleaning the voter rolls in 31 States, plus D.C. A top election official from each member State is appointed a seat on the ERIC Board or as an Officer, all unpaid positions.

Today we will focus on ERIC and its connections to Soros and far left organizations.

Democrats have been moving us rapidly towards a centralized interstate voter registration database. In the 90’s there were over 3,000 separate county databases. The 2002 HAVA act, pushed by Democrats, required each state create ONE database. We moved to having only 50 databases of voters. Granted, some counties were allowed to keep their old systems. But they must share all data with their states authorized system. Then came ERIC, the Electronic Registration Information Center created in 2012. This non-profit venture was to help clean voter rolls. It now has 31 member States under contract who share ALL voter and MVD data with ERIC, close to 300 million records now. The deployment of ERIC, plus the 19 holdout states, leave us with 20 databases covering the entirety of America’s elections.

The Pew Center on the States was a research program of the left leaning Pew Charitable Trusts. It was in place from 2007 until 2012, headed by Susan Urahn, who is now CEO over all of Pew’s $6 billion in assets. David Becker worked in the DOJ Civil Rights Voting Section from 1998 until 2005. He then worked for People For the American Way until 2007, a hard left organization focused on shutting down conservatism. In 2008, Becker became the Director of Election Initiatives at Pew. Becker & Pew built the media sensation around voter registration, the legal framework of ERIC, while Jeff Jonas from IBM built the software technology.

In 2020 Wisconsin Had Over 265,000 Mostly Illegitimate ‘Indefinitely Confined’ Votes, Instead of Political Leaders Addressing 2020 They Now Want to Update the Law

In the 2020 Election in Wisconsin, the state had more than 265,000 ‘indefinitely confined’ voters. This massive increase was challenged in the courts. The state’s response was to do nothing. Now they want to fix this going forward.

In the 2020 Election in Wisconsin, there was a massive increase in ‘indefinitely confined voters’ in the state. It was clear that most of these votes were not legitimate. The Supreme Court in Wisconsin agreed.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court reviewed the state’s process surrounding indefinitely confined voters and observed that the Democrat Governor issued a directive in March 2020 regarding COVID-19. Based on this, the Dane County and Milwaukee County clerks issued almost identical orders declaring that all voters may consider themselves indefinitely confined due to illness, a part of which is noted below:

I have informed Dane County Municipal Clerks that during this emergency and based on the Governors Stay at Home order I am declaring all Dane County voters may indicate as needed that they are indefinitely confined due to illness. This declaration will make it easier for Dane County voters to participate in this election by mail in these difficult times. I urge all voters who request a ballot and have trouble presenting a valid ID to indicate that they are indefinitely confined.

The Supreme Court ruled that a county clerk “may not “declare” that any elector is indefinitely confined due to a pandemic.” The Court went on to say if voters, “did not follow the statutory mandate and continued to vote as indefinitely confined, despite no longer meeting the statutory requirements, they would cast their votes contrary to the statute.”

The Wisconsin Elections Commission shared with us that they noted that “Nowhere in the [Supreme Court] decision does the court order the state to take any action in making a determination on whether voters qualify as indefinitely confined.” This corrupt group did nothing with the court’s decision.

Now the legislature decides to finally do something. To hell with the stolen 2020 Election, let’s forget that and make sure it doesn’t happen in the future – is their strategy.

‘Depraved’ Playboy founder accused of bestiality and grooming

Even Bill Cosby's name showed up in the explosive documentary, which paints Hugh Hefner as a predator

Playboy founder Hugh Hefner may have passed on in 2017 at the age of 91, but there are still plenty of people with much to say about the man, evidenced in a new documentary in which he is accused of everything from sexual assault to bestiality.

The 10-part A&E documentary series titled ‘Secrets of Playboy’, which premieres on Monday night, features many figures from Hefner’s life, including former Playmate models, as well as ex-girlfriend Sondra Theodore, who described the infamous cigar-smoking, pajama-wearing media mogul as a “predator” who groomed young women.

Theodore herself said she began dating Hefner when he was 50 and she was 19. She said he plied her with alcohol when she was under the legal age and later introduced her to drugs.

Perhaps the most shocking claim is Hefner’s supposed preference later in life for the company of animals.

“I walked in on him with my dog and I said, ‘What are you doing?’ I was shocked,” Theodore told the New York Post, claiming she caught Hefner performing a sexual act with the animal. “He made it seem like it was just a one-time thing, and that he was just goofing off. But I never left him alone with my dog again.”

Another woman claimed that adult film actress Linda Lovelace was coaxed with drugs by Hefner and other men to perform a sexual act on a dog at a party. That incident was recalled by former Playboy employee PJ Masten, who was for many years in charge of the Playmate models.

“She was drunk and drugged…They got her so messed up that they made her give the German Shepherd oral sex. You wanna talk about depravity? This is despicable,” Masten said.

Hefner also apparently had a penchant for snuff films and he was accused of filming sexual acts without consent, drugging woman and coercing them into sexual encounters.

Masten also accused Hefner’s “good friend” Bill Cosby of assaulting her. Cosby has been accused of sexual assault by numerous women whose stories cover the span of most of his career.

Former associates of Hefner claim he used the Playboy Mansion as a way to gather dirt on celebrities, models, and even law enforcement in an attempt to keep his alleged misconduct hidden from public view.

In a public statement responding to the documentary earlier this month, Playboy acknowledged there are “elements” of the company’s past they find “unworthy of our principles.” They added that the Hefner family is “no longer associated with Playboy.”

Hugh Hefner’s son, Cooper, has meanwhile defended his father, saying this week on Twitter that Hugh Hefner “was not a liar” and chalked up “salacious stories” about him as “regret becoming revenge.”

Pfizer CEO Says Annual COVID Jabs Would Be An "Ideal Situation"

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla's global media tour continued this week with a series of interviews with the Israeli press. Of course, Israel has become an extremely important market for Pfizer. After all, they buy massive quantities of their vaccines.

A few weeks ago, Bourla was speaking with the French press, telling them he expected everything to "return to normal" by the Spring. France is of course another important customer for Pfizer's vaccines. And with so much money at stake, it's critical that a CEO must tend to propagate their preferred narrative with a carefully calculated global media strategy.

In Israel, the first country in the world to start doling out a fourth COVID jab to those deemed most vulnerable to infection via omicron, Bourla told an Israeli TV station that he hopes people will ultimately only need boosters once a year, rather than every few months.

Bourla said it would "not be a good scenario" if people were to get boosters every four to five months. "What I'm hoping [is] that we will have a vaccine that you will have to do once a year," he told Channel 12 news on Saturday. Instead, Bourla argued it would be easier to sell the idea and "easier for people to remember" if a vaccine is required only once per year, calling it "an ideal situation" from "a public health perspective."

As far as Pfizer's bottom line is concerned, it might not be an "ideal situation" - but it might just be the best the company can hope for given how their vaccines have performed over the last year.

It's almost comical to watch Pfizer play catch up with public opinion, since it's becoming increasingly clear that a growing number of people are getting 'vaccine fatigue'. Just ask Bill Maher.

Bourla acknowledged in a separate interview with an Israel's Channel 13 News that a "sizable minority" of people are reluctant to take even a single dose of his vaccines. Mimicking the increasingly harsh condemnations of European leaders like Mario Draghi and Emmanuel Macron and singled out "a tiny minority of people who profit from circulating misinformation" fiercely attacking them as "criminals."

While Israel has used more vaccines per capita than any other country, the WHO has repeatedly warned that Pfizer and the other vaccinemakers would do better to prioritize shipping vaccines to countries with lower vaccination rates before selling multiple rounds of boosters to the world's wealthiest nations.

Israel planning mass Jewish evacuation from Ukraine – media

Israel is said to be contemplating a mass airlift of those eligible for Israeli citizenship in the case of a Russian invasion

Top officials in Israel are said to be preparing for a scenario in which will they fly out tens of thousands of Jewish people from Ukraine in the event of a Russian invasion, a top local newspaper has reported amid persistent Western speculation that Moscow could be planning an all-out offensive.

In a report on Sunday, Haaretz claimed that representatives from several government offices had met over the weekend to discuss the risk of the Jewish community in the Eastern European nation potentially being caught up in a conflict.

The briefing is said to have included officials from the National Security council; the foreign defense, transport, and affairs ministries; as well as those responsible for maintaining relations with Jews residing in territories of the former Soviet Union.

Israel has long had plans for the mass repatriation of its potential citizens if needed, the authors of the report said, but such contingencies for evacuations have been updated in Ukraine amid mounting fears of an offensive.

Analysts estimate there could be as many as 400,000 Jewish people living in Ukraine, and around 200,000 are thought to be eligible for Israeli citizenship under the Middle Eastern nation’s Law of Return law – with close to 75,000 of those living in the east of the country.

During WWII, more than a million Jewish people living in the Soviet Union, largely in the territory of modern-day Ukraine, were murdered by Nazi German forces and local collaborators during the Holocaust. At least 34,000 Jewish people were killed and dumped into a mass grave at the Babi Yar ravine, outside Kiev, over the course of two days in 1941.

The Ukrainian government has come under fire from officials in Israel during recent years for its role in what the country’s president, Isaac Herzog, has described as a growing trend of historical revisionism in the Eastern European nation. “Memories are not simply forgotten – they are erased, or even rewritten,” Herzog warned in October ahead of a visit to Kiev.

Gov’t Facebook Post Urging Vaccination Gets Hijacked By Thousands of People Detailing Vax Injuries

“Don’t delay – get vaccinated & get boosted,” reads a post by the official government Facebook page of the UK. “Unvaccinated people who get COVID-19 are 8 times more likely to be hospitalised than those who have had both doses of the vaccine and a booster.”

This post (archived here), however, did not get the reaction that the UK government was hoping for after it was hijacked by Americans and British citizens who apparently had a bone to pick with the establishment.

To be perfectly clear, no one here is denying that the covid vaccine appears to reduce severe illness from covid. As we reported last year, though a recent study showed that the vaccine does have a clear personal health benefit, drastically reducing the chance of serious illness or death once infected with COVID-19 — it also showed that it does not stop transmission.

However, simply being healthy appears to be a far superior plan of protection. Imagine, if for the last two years, instead of paying billions of dollars to big pharma to advertise their drugs and pay people to take them, that the state spent that money helping people to get in shape. The impact would have been enormous. Tens of thousands of lives could’ve been saved and the strain on the health care system would have been drastically reduced.

What’s more, as the adverse reaction count in America alone surpasses 1 million reports, the idea that it is “completely safe,” holds less and less water by the day — thus the reason behind the hijacking of the UK government’s Facebook post.

The post has received over 11,000 comments — most of them, anecdotal stories about a family member or friend who was injured or died after receiving the jab, and people seeing through the state’s propaganda.

UK, Australia, Germany Withdraw Embassy Personnel and Families From Ukraine

The UK and Australia said they have begun withdrawing some embassy personnel from Ukraine, while Germany offered assistance to staff members’ families and some civilians who want to leave.

The precautionary measures come as British Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned that “gloomy” intelligence suggested Russia was planning a lightning raid on Kyiv.

The U.S. State Department has also ordered family members of U.S. government employees at its embassy in Kyiv to leave the Ukrainian capital and authorized the voluntary departure of non-essential civil servants on Sunday night.

The UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) said on Monday that it has started pulling out some embassy staff and family members in response to the “growing threat from Russia.”

It also advised against all travel to three contested border regions and all but essential travel to the rest of Ukraine.

“The British Embassy remains open and will continue to carry out essential work,” its latest travel advice update said.

Russia has amassed tens of thousands of troops on its border with Ukraine. The FCDO said the “pattern of Russian military build-ups near Ukraine’s eastern border and in illegally annexed Crimea” started in late March 2021, and there is “continuing uncertainty about Russian intentions.”

The FCDO advised against all travel to Donetsk Oblast and Luhansk Oblast on Ukraine’s eastern border and Russian-annexed-Crimea. It also advised against non-essential travel to the rest of Ukraine, where the situation is now “generally calm,” in case of a fast-moving escalation of events.

Those who need to travel are told to keep their departure plans “under close review” and monitor the situation regularly.

“Renewed military action anywhere in Ukraine would greatly reduce British Embassy Kyiv’s ability to provide consular support,” the FCDO warned.

National File has just learned that Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) refused to make an appearance on The Stew Peters Show and even blocked Peters’ phone number.

We asked Peters why the Congressman blocked him, and what the discussion would have been about, had Jordan not backed out of it.

Peters explained that he wanted to talk about the 2020 Presidential Election, which a significant number of Republicans believe was rife with corruption, voter fraud, and election discrepancies.

“The election was stolen, not ‘questionable.’ There isn’t ‘suspected fraud,’ it’s confirmed,” Peters exclusively told National File.

Peters wondered why politicians such as Congressman Jordan have refused to talk about the election, which he described as the real “insurrection,” and instead talk about the events of January 6.

“Why are we talking about January 6, not the REAL insurrection?” he said. “Feeding into the mainstream media and Democrat narrative, allowing both to distract from our completely hijacked political system.”

Peters told National File that he wanted to ask Jordan about the controversial COVID-19 vaccine injections, which do not prevent individuals from being infected with or spreading coronavirus and have been linked to adverse reactions.

“The so-called ‘vaccines’ have killed almost three times as many people as every other vaccine combined. Congress gave [vaccine manufacturers] blanket immunity, and unprecedented numbers of people are injured or dead,” Peters explained. “Why hasn’t Congress called for an IMMEDIATE FULL STOP to this injection?”

Peters than provided National File with a question for Jordan, since the Congressman refused to go on his show and blocked his number.

Oppressive COVID Measures for the Unvaccinated Were Based on ‘Software’ Error, Claims German Minister.

The “pandemic of the unvaccinated” was caused by a computer glitch. That was the conclusion of the Health Minister of Germany Karl Lauterbach, after months of vilifying the unvaccinated in the nation’s second largest city, Hamburg.

In November 2021, news outlets reported on the increasing “incident numbers” in the city – where the figure grew from 111.6 infected people per 100,000 to 160 per 100,000 in a span of few of days. By the end of November, that number shot up from 209.2 to a record of 223.3.

The ostensibly drastic increases have been used to legitimize new COVID policy measures in the city. First, 2G (vaccinated or recovered) status limitation was announced in order to enter shops, restaurants, and clubs. Social contact limitation was mandated for the unvaccinated. After the order, Mayor Peter Tschentscher, claimed to observe an increase in vaccination numbers, and implied it was the only way out of the pandemic.

Now, an investigation from the Sueddeutscher Zeitung and Welt newspapers has found that the numbers in Hamburg’s Social Services departments were drastically skewed and, in most cases, they didn’t even know who was vaccinated and who was not. This, however, did not stop them classifying everyone with an unknown status as unvaccinated. Indeed, by the end of November, a whopping 70 percent of the positive cases had unknown status.

In the second week of November, the Mayor of Hamburg held a press conference and incorrectly claimed that 90 percent of all new infections were amongst the unvaccinated. In addition, he alleged the 7-day infection average for the unvaccinated was at 605 per 100,000 and just 22 in 100,000 for the vaccinated.

Furthermore, the Welt newspaper received the following answer regarding the classifications from Hamburg’s Senate:

“…The categorization (used in Hamburg) matches to the one used nationwide…”

Nearly 100,000 German citizens are believed to have participated in anti-mandate protests in recent days.

Sarah Palin tests positive for COVID, delays defamation trial against NYT

Sarah Palin’s defamation trial against the New York Times was postponed Monday after the former vice presidential candidate tested positive for COVID-19, a federal judge said Monday.

Palin tested positive on three rapid coronavirus tests, including once on Monday morning near the federal courthouse in Lower Manhattan where jury selection for the case was scheduled to take place, Judge Jed Rakoff said.

Rakoff raised Palin’s positive status in court Monday morning as her attorneys and lawyers for the New York Times hammered out logistics for the trial to move forward.

“She is, of course, unvaccinated,” Rakoff noted.

He then called an extended break in the hearing to give Palin time to get another rapid COVID test.

When they reconvened about an hour later, an attorney for Palin told Rakoff that she again tested positive.

Rakoff delayed the trial until next Thursday to give the former Alaska governor time to recover from the virus.

“I look forward to seeing you all, and Ms. Palin, on February 3rd,” he said.

Palin has railed against the COVID-19 vaccine in recent months, telling a conservative radio host that it would be “over my dead body that I’ll have to get a shot.”

“I will not do it. I won’t do it, and they better not touch my kids, either,” she told Charlie Kirk in December 2019.

Palin, a former GOP heavyweight, sued the New York Times in 2017 after it published an editorial that wrongly linked her political action committee to the 2011 mass shooting in Arizona.

In her suit, Palin claimed the Times defamed her when it “falsely stated as a matter of fact to millions of people that Mrs. Palin incited Jared Loughner’s January 8, 2011, shooting rampage at a political event in Tucson, Arizona, during which he shot nineteen people, severely wounding United States Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords …”

In a correction to the piece, the Times wrote the article “incorrectly described a map distributed by a political action committee before that shooting. It depicted electoral districts, not individual Democratic lawmakers, beneath stylized cross hairs.”

But when a LinkedIn user tried to share it on the platform, along with a post condemning China for genocidal policies, Linkedin removed the post for violating its “community policies.”
