Op Ed From General Flynn: [B] in Brackets = March Madness?

The Western Journal posted a new Op Ed from General Flynn this morning. Within the article there's a 'B' in brackets: [B]. I didn't see any significance of a [B] within the article, but there is one Q post, #4329, that has a [B], with the word "deliberate".

My first thought was Q #3019:

"March Madness.

Do you have your [ ] filled in?"
