I think this whole thing needs to play out in the courts a bit longer. Discrimination is generally not permissible under law. If it is the vax mandate is unconstitutional for one, then it should be unconstitutional for all. Until then, we eat moar popcorn.
I am trying to find the video of the NC board of education presentation wherein a mama bear cited CFR Title 18 and claimed that vax/mask mandates are coercion to participate in a medical experiment and therefore a felony, punishable by law, with a penalty of 99 years imprisonment. I posted it yesterday somewhere . Let me see if I can find it.
