They are working hand in hand with the governments themselves.
Think about this- Why would you print a new super secure $100 bank note and not recall all the old $100 notes that are highly suspect?
This would be standard protocol.
Now picture millions of little chinese ladies with purses of endless “old” $100 notes in perfect condition at the Blackjack tables. It’s their job. They are organized.
They are washing the old notes and only accepting the new notes.
This is not just happening here in the US, this is world wide.
