Yeah Clif High posted this idea on his twatter a couple months ago. I posted it herebut it got no traction. I'd say it's NOTABLE because if more Americans started doing it we could completely change our local governments. All you have to do is prove they are NOT doing their well defined job, pay minimal court costs and start kickin ass. Buttholes will start tightening right up!
I do a lap through two big grocery stores in northeast WA and north ID couple times per week and the places look totally normal. Plenty of produce, dairy, meats canned goods, cleaning supplies, pet food and the hot delis are running like normal.
