I think they are trying to figure out which narrative is going to win. The new Hemorrhagic fever, or the monkey/outbreak/28 days later one. Hopefully none of it sticks, and we'll be on schedule for more awakening by 2024.
They closed cell accounts? Yes. Was it because of a high death count? No. The close information off they don't want getting out, and leak just the narratives they wish to disseminate to the public. Q's linking of that article was an exercise/test to anons on whether they were paying attention to how narratives work or not. We failed on a world wide level because everyone bit onto the fear bait. This was mostly because even the most ardent anons believed what their narrative-pushing "big name" accounts were saying on social media.
