You seem to forget that Germany is getting all of their gas from Russia and it is friggin cold in winter. On top of that also Russia is one of the winners of the 2nd world war…… and on top of that, Russia is closer to Germany than the US and they saw what happened to the allies of the US in Afghanistan……. No one trusts the US anymore.
