Yup. They just can't help but change the definitions to everything so ultimately nobody knows what anyone is talking about.
Can someone explain why anything having to do with control of the electrical grid is connected to the internet to get cyber attacked? Power plants ran for a very very long time just fine without being connected to the internet.
